Amjad also specialises in drafting Islamic Wills.

Haroon Majid qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and also co founded the practice, he has extensive experience in dealing with a wide variety of Immigration and Family Law matters including divorces and children matters.
Haroon has over 20 years experience in the Legal profession in the private and voluntary sector, having worked for High Street practices as well as Advice Centres. His experience also covers other areas of law including Criminal, Welfare, Debt, Housing and Civil areas of Law.
Mr Hussain oversees the firm and is responsible for the development of business plans and strategies, and monitoring performance. He is also responsible for the Social Media and Marketing policy’s.
Mr Hussain (LLB) is primarily focused on business change and systems change. His prime focus is to optimise business performance for clients by bringing People, Processes and Systems together to improve effectiveness and efficiency. It’s that holistic approach that gets the best business results. He has a wealth of experience across all business functions and in a variety of sectors, with particular strengths in the charity, legal and services sectors.
Amolak Singh Authi joined the firm in 2012. Amolak is a Member of the Immigration & Asylum Accredited Scheme (Level 2 and Supervisor Level)
He is an experienced Immigration Law Solicitor handling a large caseload encompassing applications for entry clearance as well as in-country application, including Family & Spouse Visas, Human Rights, Settlements, Nationality, Domestic violence applications, EEA applications, business and tier based immigration work.
Amolak regularly represents clients in the Immigration Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal. He also prepares cases for Judicial review and assists at the High Court on complex matters.
Amolak is known for is efficient service and his friendly and professional manner as well as his in depth knowledge of immigration work

Afarsyab Younas joined the firm in 2012.

Naseer Ahmed (LLB) is currently working as a Paralegal alongside Mr Sarwar in the Civil Litigation Department and is a file handler for the Person Injury department. Naseer Ahmed has worked on various Civil Litigation cases under the supervision of Mr Sarwar. He has also gained valuable experience and expertise in all aspects of personal injury.
Ithshaam Khan (LLB) began working at Aman Solicitors in 2019 initially started in the Immigration department and has more recently become a part of other departments within the firm.
Ithshaam is a plays a pivotal role in the Immigration department as assists his clients with Entry Clearance, further leave to remain, settlement and nationality applications; he also has experience in dealing with student visas.
As well as Woking in the Immigration department, ithshaam is also a key member in the Employment law department, assisting both employee and employers. He has assisted in cases ranging from Unfair dismissal’s to Disability discrimination, unlawful dedication of wages and whistleblowing. Ithshaam has also assisted with Settlement agreements.
Ithshaam is also part of the Property department; whereby he makes applications to the land register on behalf of his clients.
Ithshaam is also responsible for drafting Power of attorneys, Islamic Wills, Statutory declaration and accommodation reports.
